CAD/SolidWorks Specialist

Tori joined MillRock in 2014 as a Project Manager and has since gained experience across many areas of the business. Today, she focuses primarily on creating engineered and computer-aided drafting (CAD) drawings for our projects, while still managing select projects on the side. Tori enjoys the drawing process because it keeps her connected to evolving design trends and lets her lean into her Type A, detail-oriented personality—ensuring every kitchen meets brand standards and functions beautifully. Outside of work, Tori leads an active lifestyle. Based in Chesapeake, VA, she makes the most of summer with plenty of time spent relaxing by the beach—work hard, play harder!

Lead Project Estimator

Jon joined MillRock Casework in 2016, bringing together both expertise in estimating and project management. Known for his sharp attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, he supports each project with precision and care. Born and raised in the Shenandoah Valley, he’s one of four brothers bonded by music and playing the drums. Outside of work, Jon enjoys playing soccer and basketball, mountain biking, traveling, and chillin’ at the beach. He lives in the countryside with his wife and their two cats.

Lead Project Manager

David is one of our dedicated project managers who has over 15 years of industry experience in construction and casework. His knowledge and understanding of casework drives his solution oriented approach to projects. Known as our office “Swiss Army Knife”, David often leads our site visits with his hands on approach for trouble shooting in the field. When he is not managing projects he enjoys spending time with his wife Brooke, carpentry projects, volunteer wrestling coach, spending time with his family, and cheering on his alma mater Keydets of the Virginia Military Institute.

Project Manager

Evan approaches every project as a chance to craft a personalized, one-of-a-kind experience for his clients—from concept through completion. He specializes in designing high-efficiency spaces that make the most of every square foot while striking a thoughtful balance between function and style. Originally from Farmington, CT, Evan spent a decade in Seattle before relocating to the Shenandoah Valley to be closer to his wife’s family. Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, and spending time with friends, family, and his Jack Russell Terrier, Ginger.

System Analyst

Cristina joined the team in 2025 as the Systems Analyst who keeps things running behind the scenes. She works across all departments to troubleshoot issues in the company’s ERP system, support production through backend solutions, and create or refine reports that keep operations running smoothly. Whether it’s fixing a glitch or streamlining a process, Cristina plays a key role in keeping production on track. Outside of work, she enjoys gaming with friends and family as well as trying to keep up with her two cats.

Supply Chain Specialist

Sam joined MillRock and RiverRun Cabinetry in May 2023 as a Supply Chain Specialist. He plays a key role in keeping production running smoothly by ensuring raw materials and hardware are well-stocked and readily available throughout the assembly process. Sam also performs quality inspections on incoming materials to help maintain the high standards of manufacturing. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, playing pool, and unwinding with classic episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants.
