Customer Service
Our experience through hundreds of projects (over 250 to be exact) has helped us develop systems and processes to assure nothing drops through the cracks. All parts and pieces are delivered complete, cabinets and appliances fit and function as intended, and projects are completed on time without cost overruns.
Estimating
Invitations to Bid or Requests for Quotes are assigned to a MillRock Estimator who oversees the entire estimating process. MillRock proposals are comprehensive and fully inclusive, capturing manufacturing, shop drawings, sample rooms, and delivery while also offering suggestions for value engineering when appropriate for demanding budgets.
Project Management
Project Management is what sets us apart. You’ll have a dedicated project manager as your single point of contact—tracking details, preventing issues, and ensuring accurate execution from start to finish. They document every step to keep your project on time, on budget, and up to our high standards.
Shop Drawing Process
Our in-house CAD Specialist and Project Managers create custom shop drawings tailored to your project, ensuring design intent, form, and function through:
- Site Verification and Field Measurements (as needed)
- Reviewing and Correcting Design Documents for Appliance Fit/Function
- Value Engineering for Optimal Quality and Value
- ADA Compliance Guidance
- Brand Design Compliance Guidance
Samples
When custom finishes are required, we provide matching samples of requested finishes to meet and follow as control throughout the project’s process.
We also provide complete model kitchens and vanities when model rooms are required prior to manufacturing.
Delivery
MillRock is proud to partner with Interchange (a 3PL logistics company) and CV International (freight brokerage/compliance) to deliver projects directly to the jobsite—on time and with minimal shipping damage.
Our unique labeling system ensures accurate, accountable deliveries. Each cabinet and filler is labeled by room or unit for easy receiving, distribution, and installation.
